The L pads used here will see that the amp will see 16 ohms as the load. The actual load, that is, the HF driver, may not see the source as 16 ohms, which is slightly less significant, tho significant. This is b'coz it is not a T pad.

L pads take care of only one side, depending on the orientation, whereas T pads do it both the ways.....

Am I right ?
